This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share and protect personal data when you visit expertonyourlife.com (“Website”), communicate with us, subscribe to our communications, purchase or use our services, participate in coaching or mentoring, access online courses or otherwise interact with Expert on Your Life.

This Privacy Policy does not require you to consent to all processing described below. Where consent is legally required, we will request it separately.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect and process:

However, individuals participating in coaching, mentoring or communicating with us may voluntarily disclose personal information of a sensitive nature.

6. Newsletter and Marketing Communications

Where you purchase a service or product, payment information may be processed by a third-party payment service provider.
The payment provider may process personal data in accordance with its own privacy policy and applicable legal obligations. Expert on Your Life does not necessarily receive or store your complete payment card or banking details.
We may retain transaction information required for accounting, contractual, taxation and legal purposes.
9. Service Providers and Other Recipients
We use trusted third-party service providers to support the operation of our business and Website. These include:
• Wix.com Ltd. — website hosting, website functionality, e-commerce, and email marketing/newsletter delivery.
• Stripe, Inc. — payment processing for purchased services, courses, and programs. Stripe processes payment card and banking details directly; Expert on Your Life does not store complete payment card information.
• Zoom Video Communications, Inc. — video conferencing for coaching sessions.
• Google LLC (Google Workspace) — business email communications and calendar scheduling for coaching sessions and appointments.
These providers receive personal data only to the extent necessary for the relevant service. Depending on the nature of their services and applicable law, they may act as processors on our behalf or as independent data controllers for certain processing activities (for example, Stripe, Zoom and Google each act as independent controllers for aspects of payment, video-conferencing and email/calendar data processing under their own privacy policies).
We may also disclose information where required by law, regulation, court order or a competent public authority, or where reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We do not sell personal data.
10. International Transfers
Wix, Stripe, Zoom and Google may each process or store personal data outside Estonia or the European Economic Area (EEA), including in the United States and Israel. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on the lawful transfer mechanisms made available by these providers, which may include the European Commission's adequacy decision for Israel, Standard Contractual Clauses, or another lawful transfer mechanism provided for under the GDPR.

3. Customer, contractual and transaction records: retained for the period necessary to fulfil contractual obligations and applicable accounting, taxation and legal record-keeping requirements.
4. Newsletter information: retained until you unsubscribe or otherwise withdraw your consent, unless limited information must be retained to record your opt-out preference.
5. Course and account information: retained while your account or participation remains active and thereafter for a reasonable period where necessary for administrative, contractual or legal purposes.
6. Contributor and publication information: information forming part of published content may remain available for as long as the relevant content remains published, subject to applicable rights and agreements.
7. Cookie information: retained according to the periods specified in our Cookie Policy.
When personal data is no longer required, it will be deleted, anonymised or otherwise securely disposed of, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Expert on Your Life does not currently use personal data to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects concerning individuals.

Our Website and Services are primarily intended for adults.
