Before We Begin
The Clarity Call is not simply an introductory conversation. It is an opportunity to pause, reflect, and articulate what is no longer aligned, what feels unresolved, and what may be ready to change. The pre-coaching reflection is designed to support that process through structured reflection and intentional self-assessment before the conversation begins.

Goals in Focus
The Clarity Call is designed to help identify the patterns, challenges, priorities, and goals currently shaping your personal or professional life. Through structured reflection and strategic conversation, we explore what feels aligned, what no longer works, and what may be preventing clearer decision-making or forward movement.
The purpose of the conversation is not simply to discuss goals, but to create greater clarity around where you are, where you want to go, and what kind of support or structure may help you move forward more intentionally.
Identifying What Keeps You Stuck
The Clarity Call also creates space to examine the patterns, assumptions, internal conflicts, or external pressures that may be affecting your decisions, direction, or ability to move forward consistently. Often, the issue is not a lack of capability, but a lack of clarity, alignment, or trust in one’s own judgment.
Based on the conversation, I will identify the areas that may require deeper focus and outline a more intentional direction for future coaching work, tailored to your specific goals, circumstances, and priorities.
All communication is strictly confidential. I abide by the ethical standards set forth by the International Coaching Federation Code of Ethics. Our session will be conducted online in a safe, no judgement zone.
Preparing for the Clarity Call
Clarity Calls are confirmed after the reflection form has been completed and submitted.
Please take a few minutes to thoughtfully answer the following questions at least 24 hours before your scheduled call. The process is designed to support reflection, clarify priorities, and help us make the conversation more focused, intentional, and productive from the very beginning.
