It is, however, necessary because it will enable Betty to explain her coaching style and answer your questions about empowerment coaching at Expert on Your Life. It will also give you both a sense of how well you'll work together. This free life coaching call helps your coach identify your blind spots and strengths, which will serve as her springboard to action. Women thrive when they know where they have been and where they want to go. The Clarity Call will help you clarify your current situation and your vision for personal growth. For the Clarity Call to be effective, Betty should have a general understanding of your objectives, strengths and challenges. Cancellation Policy

Every session is scheduled in advance. MONTHLY IGNITION PLAN (4 sessions): Should the Client cancel the IGNITION Plan, reimbursement of 50% of the program fee will occur if canceled after the agreement has been signed and before Session 2. No reimbursement will occur if canceled from Session 2. 3-MONTH SYNERGY PLAN: Should the Client cancel the SYNERGY Plan, reimbursement of 50% of the program fee will occur if cancelled after agreement has been signed and before Session 3. No reimbursement will occur if cancelled from Session 3. 6-MONTH FUSION PLAN: Should the Client cancel the FUSION Plan, reimbursement of 50% of the program fee will occur if canceled after an agreement has been signed and before Session 3. No reimbursement will occur if canceled from Session 3. One-off coaching sessions ("Empowerment Spaces"), online courses, workshops, or webinars will not be refunded. RESCHEDULING: • If you have purchased any of the IGNITION, SYNERGY, or FUSION plans and you need to rearrange a session, you should provide at least 48 hours' notice. In exceptional circumstances, the Coach may need to rearrange a coaching session. In those instances, the Coach will also give you 48 hours' notice where practical. • One-off sessions ("Empowerment Spaces") cannot be rescheduled, so make sure you book your session on a day and at a time you know you will be available.
