"I refuse to play small, and I won’t let you either. My coaching is for women ready to stop shrinking, start leading, and live
like they actually mean it."
The Life I Outgrew
I spent 15 years designing transformation for others before I applied it to my own life. My path moved between the intellectual depth of Art History and the strategic demands of business. On the surface, everything worked. Underneath, I was over-functioning, over-giving, and shaping my life around expectations that were not fully mine.
My Turning Point
A turning point forced a shift from performing to aligning. I stopped following what was expected and started treating my life as a strategic project. I used my experience in education, human behaviour, and business to rebuild how I think, decide, and act.
Today, I work with women across three core areas:
Strategic Coaching & Mentoring
I support women in identifying and dismantling the patterns that limit their growth. My work is guided by the E.O.Y.L. Method™, a structured approach to clarity, decision-making, and action. Clients leave with clearer decisions, stronger boundaries, and measurable progress in how they operate.

Skill-Building
I design courses that move beyond theory, equipping women with practical tools to think independently, act with confidence, and build sustainable change.
Writing & Advocacy
Through The Rise of She and my published work, I explore women’s empowerment, leadership, and identity, while collaborating with organisations on mentorship and impact-driven initiatives.

My Approach
My approach to women’s empowerment coaching is multidisciplinary, integrating ontological coaching, behavioural coaching, positive psychology, reflective inquiry, and strategic thinking with perspectives drawn from education, leadership development, and the humanities.
Through the E.O.Y.L. Method™ (Embodied Ownership of Your Life), I help women examine the behavioural patterns, beliefs, decision-making habits, and external conditioning shaping how they think, communicate, lead, and position themselves in everyday life. This work is informed by my background in Art History, business development, mentoring, curriculum design, feminist thought, and identity formation.
Rather than treating personal and professional development as separate processes, I approach both as interconnected expressions of self-leadership. The objective is not temporary motivation, but stronger self-trust, sharper decision-making, behavioural consistency, and a more intentional way of operating across life, work, relationships, and leadership.
My work is grounded in four core principles
Mission

My mission is to support women in moving from self-doubt and hesitation to structured self-leadership. I focus on helping women recognise the behavioural patterns, limiting assumptions, and external conditioning that keep them overthinking, over-adapting, or holding themselves back, and replace them with a more intentional and self-directed way of operating.
Through the E.O.Y.L. Method™, this work moves beyond self-awareness into practical implementation, where decisions become more precise, actions more consistent, and outcomes more aligned with the woman they are becoming.
Vision

I believe empowerment is not a mood, a slogan, or a temporary surge of confidence, but a way of operating expressed through decisions, boundaries, communication, and personal responsibility.
When women move beyond hesitation, self-minimisation, and over-adaptation into more intentional action, they do not only change their own lives. They influence the workplaces, relationships, communities, and systems they are part of.
This is where personal development evolves into self-leadership, and where individual change begins creating broader social impact.

I’m not here to offer reinvention.
I’m here to help you reclaim and operate as who you already are.
Let’s start an honest conversation.
